We at OXEO have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. The following guidelines are designed to ensure that these obligations are met.

 

Content
All services provided by Oxeo may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oxeo from any claims resulting from the use of the service, which damages the subscriber or any other party.

 

Payments
Payments should be remitted immediately after the invoices are issued. Credit card payments will be automatically billed every 30/31 days. If a credit card payment is declined, customer is responsible for submitting a payment manually. If payments are not received within 2 weeks of the invoice issue date, we reserve to take all necessary steps to collect (including withholding all data and content). PayPal customers MUST pay through the link in the invoice sent to them to receive credit for payment. In case a problem occurs that prohibits paying through the link in the invoice, it is of the critical importance that a notice is provided to us via an email sent to billing(at)oxeo.com. If such notice is not provided your account will be treated as an overdue account and will be suspended. All late payments will be subject to $25.00 fee for every month overdue which can be collected at any future time, if notice of late payment is not provided ahead of time.

 

Cancellations
All notices of cancellations must be sent to billing(at)oxeo.com. The ticket number will be of irrefutable proof of cancellation if your account is forwarded to collection. Please do not send cancellations to sales/support(at)oxeo.com or through IM services. These notices will not be addressed. Customer is required to provide a 30 day notice of cancellation.

 

Script moves
We pay for only 1 script move, in the case we are not able to move the script ourselves, most of the time we are. We will not reimburse if we are notified after the move, never having the chance to attempt the move ourselves. We do not reimburse on custom packages, unless otherwise agreed.

Child Pornography and Beast Sex related images/materials are strictly prohibited on all Oxeo servers. This includes sites that may infer Child Pornography and Beast Sex related materials or links to them. Oxeo will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. If such content is found your account will be terminated without notice.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Oxeo servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Hacker programs or archives
- Warez sites

Oxeo will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

 

Commercial Advertising - Email
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an Oxeo server or using an email address or domain that is maintained on an Oxeo machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited. Oxeo will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

 

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be a large drain on system resources and we cannot allow it as an account option

 

Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

 

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC bots or any IRC activity to be operated on our servers.

 

Domain Pointing
Domain pointers are to be used for the purpose of having more than one way to find the same site, not for the purposes of sharing an account among multiple sites. A domain pointer may not be set up to reference a subdirectory within an existing Web hosting account served by Oxeo or any other provider.

 

Domain Registration
We are an OpenSRS/Tucows, Inc. Registered Service Provider (RSP). Registration services are provided subject to the terms of the OpenSRS/Tucows, Inc. registration agreements for .COM/.NET, .DE and .BIZ as well as all applicable ICANN policies, including the UDRP.

 

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Oxeo is strictly prohibited, and will result in immediate termination or prosecution.

 

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

 

100% Uptime Guarantee
We reserve the right to 15 minutes of scheduled maintenance every month. If your server is down longer then 15 minutes you will receive 5% off your monthly bill and another 5% for every 10 minutes thereafter.

 

Unlimited IP's
We require technical justification for the use of unlimited IP's.

Customer is required to provide a 30 day notice of cancellation.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
