Security: Physical security is provided by both electronic card and biometric systems. A closed-circuit camera system is monitored 24/7 and covers all areas of the facility. All aspects of physical security as well as fire and intrusion alarms are monitored by on-site security personnel 24/7.

 

Access to the datacenter is controlled by a series of card readers as well as sophisticated biometric security. Access to the datacenter is restricted to network operations personnel only. Any outside vendors allowed access to the datacenter are constantly monitored to ensure that they will not affect your servers.

 

Power: Multiple redundant 480-volt electrical feeds power our data center. Our system, purpose built for mission critical datacenter applications, allows normal and emergency maintenance to occur with no impact to your service.

 

Multiple one megawatt generators power the datacenter in the event of utility failure, with UPS systems supplying power within milliseconds until generators start.

Environment:Over 200 tons of redundant cooling capacity protect and cool your servers and equipment in our datacenter. Redundancy ensures that any maintenance can be conducted with no effect to the environment in the datacenter. Our datacenters are constantly monitored and with any fluctuation our network operations center is immediately notified and can take action within minutes.

HVAC: Cooling in the datacenter is provided by a series of closed-loop chillers. These redundant systems provide over 200 tons of precise cooling capacity and humidity control. All locations are constantly monitored for temperature and humidity. In the event of any abnormalities our network operations center is notified and can investigate and take appropriate action.
